Kosovo – 19 january 2023
Kosovo’s special prosecutor said that former Serbian police special forces commander Goran ‘Guri’ Radosavljevic is wanted for alleged involvement in the 1999 Recak/Racak massacre, in which 44 ethnic Albanians were killed. The full article can be found here.

Moldova – 18 January 2023
The Central Electoral Commission in Moldova, CEC, has sanctioned the Ilan Shor Party, depriving it of the right to receive allocations from the state budget for the first six months of this year. The full article can be found here.

The Montenegro's Appeals Court quashed the case against prominent investigative journalist Jovo Martinovic, who had been wrongly convicted of drug trafficking in a case that was criticised by media organisations and the EU. The full article can be found here.
Kosovo – 16 January 2023
Pristina is seeking the arrest of 18 Serb suspects for the 1999 Recak/Racak massacre which helped to spark NATO’s bombing campaign against Yugoslavia, but some states may refuse to extradite them to Kosovo. The full article can be found here.

Montenegrin Justice Minister Marko Kovac called on the Croatian prosecution to launch a new investigation into war crimes against Montenegrin soldiers held at the Lora military prison in the Croatian city of Split in 1992. The full article can be found here.
