Kosovo - 6 April 2023

The Balkan Insight, Kosovo Ex-Guerrilla Ordered to Pay War Victims €207,000’,

The Kosovo Specialist Chambers said Salih Mustafa, who was convicted of war crimes including arbitrary detention, torture and murder, should pay compensation to some of the victims, see here.
